These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by KleanPro. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
KleanPro provides domestic, commercial, deep cleaning, end of tenancy, and short-term rental cleaning services. The scope of each service will be agreed in advance based on your requirements to ensure a clear and tailored service.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or through our website. Dates and times will be agreed in advance, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and arrange a suitable alternative.
3. Pricing & Payment
All services are charged at agreed hourly or fixed rates, with minimum booking times where applicable. Payment is typically due after completion of each clean unless otherwise agreed. We offer flexible payment options including bank transfer, direct debit, and secure payment links. Our pricing is always transparent, with no hidden fees.
4. Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Where less notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee may apply to cover the time reserved. If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, this may also be treated as a late cancellation. We are always happy to accommodate changes to ongoing bookings with reasonable notice.
5. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. This may include providing keys, access codes, or being present. If access is not possible, the appointment may be subject to the cancellation terms above.
6. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best possible service, clients are asked to ensure access to electricity and running water, and to inform us in advance of any specific requirements, fragile items, or areas needing particular attention. We also recommend that valuables are stored safely prior to the clean.
7. Quality & Feedback
We take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly. Where appropriate, this may include arranging a re-clean.
8. Damages & Liability
KleanPro is fully insured for accidental damage caused during the course of our work. Any issues should be reported within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve them quickly. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are not securely stored.
9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to pause or refuse work if conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable. This includes environments that may pose a risk to our cleaners or others.
10. Our Team
KleanPro works with trained, professional cleaners who may be employed or self-employed. All team members are expected to meet our standards of reliability, professionalism, and quality.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect improvements to our services or changes in requirements. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
